Beacon v1.4 — Funnels, finally

It took us longer than we'd like to admit, but funnels are here. Beacon v1.4 ships our most-requested feature: conversion funnels you can build in under a minute, without touching a single line of code.

What shipped

  • Funnels: Define an ordered series of events (say, landing → signup → activated) and watch drop-off at each step.
  • Time windows: Scope any funnel to a custom date range and compare two periods side by side.
  • Shareable links: Send a read-only funnel view to teammates or clients — no account required.
  • CSV export on every funnel step, because someone always wants the raw numbers.

Funnels respect the same privacy guarantees as the rest of Beacon: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, nothing that needs a banner. Read the funnels guide to get started.

What's next: official self-hosted Docker images. A lot of you have asked, and it's nearly ready.

We'd love to know how funnels land for you:
